Very tough to do this in multiple blocks of time/during Covid - greatly appreciate the efforts to make that as smooth as possible. John is extemeley knoweldgable/experienced and that really helped in the real-world and other anecdotes that he discussed. I had a danful of key takeaways/refreshers that I'll be able to put into practice. Also, I realized that I'm better at being a leader than I thought - particularly re: being able to relate to/motivate my team. Gives me much greater confidence in leading the team going forward. One suggestion I have for this multi-session seminar going forward - Don't try to cover too much, and try to incorporate the previous day's homework a little more. Otherwise we spend time doing the homework but then don't have the benefit of discussing, which makes doing the homework seem not as productive. Many thanks again!

The instructor was very well versed in the subject course area. The course hours were suitable with appropriate breaks. Downloading the course material was originally challenging but improved.

Lee was a great instructor. For many of the group breakout sessions, I wished that we had a little more time; it always felt rushed. Also, I'd be interested in having live webcams as an option, especially since one of the topics dealt with Emotional Intelligence and reading body language.
