In the fall of 2021, AMA Global surveyed members and participants about their level of engagement with work and the impact of recent changes they have experienced. This report, released this month, summarizes the finding and the impact it has on leaders and organizations. Key findings include:
- Employees feel the need to reskill and upskill
- Workers feel less connected and overwhelmingly attribute it to the shift to a fully or partially remote workplace
- Employee Engagement remains a critical component to retain and attract workers
