Bernadette joined the Canadian Management Centre team in 2003. A respected business leader, she refined her professional experience in Canadian divisions of global organizations in a variety of industries. As a senior level marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, Bernadette has led brand teams at Mattel, Telemedia and Bayer Consumer Care. Her strategic approach helped to build a number of leading household brands (ASPIRIN®, Fisher-Price®, Disney® Brands, Canadian Living Magazine) with impressive results.

Through her own experience as a leader, Bernadette understands the value of investing in people to create an engaged, high-performance team that achieves results. She leverages her consumer focus and knowledge of corporate performance expectations to make a difference in the organizations we serve. Through her visionary leadership, Bernadette has successfully built an award winning team responsible for designing and implementing customized talent development solutions for our clients. Her drive for results and passion for the work we do has created a culture that encourages a collaborative approach and inspires creativity and innovation in the solutions we develop for our clients.

Bernadette's scope of responsibility spans across both the Design & Development and Implementation & Delivery branches of our Corporate Talent Development Solutions business. As an executive advisor, she provides strategic direction and guidance for our team particularly in the management of large-scale and complex learning initiatives. Her forward-thinking approach has enabled us to stay ahead of trends in the marketplace as they relate to leadership development, talent management and workplace learning and performance.

Bernadette's mandate as Vice President, Talent Development Solutions is to help our clients to improve their organizational effectiveness given the new requirements of their ever-changing environments. Her business experience coupled with an understanding of adult learning principles drives our efforts to ensure the solutions we design are focused on the reality of our client's 'real-world' environment.
