As the Director of Public Programs and Customer Experience, I am committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality learning solutions through our open-enrollment training sessions. Since joining CMC in 2005, I've had the opportunity to work in various roles, giving me a unique understanding of how our public programs can impact professionals at all levels.

My marketing education from Humber College, combined with specialized training in adult education and HR from HRPA and Seneca, was strengthened by hands-on experience prior to joining CMC, where I designed and implemented technical training, managed customer relationships, and led complex projects from CRM implementations to office and call centre consolidations. This experience has given me the strategic insight to better understand your learning needs and ensure our public programs deliver real business impact.

I believe encouraging a collaborative and empowering environment is crucial to delivering the best possible outcomes for clients. This focus on empowering my team while meeting your evolving needs drives my commitment to achieving meaningful results. Outside of work, my passion for learning extends to reading and spending weekends looking for the perfect landscape to paint for the budding water colour artist in my family. I also cherish being the best aunt to my nieces and nephew.
