Inclusion Should Be More Than Just a Policy: Infographics

Employees who feel their voice is heard are 4.6 times more likely to perform their best work.* Many organizations report they have a D&I policy in place, but a policy should not be the end of the journey. Discrimination, unconscious bias and exclusion can still be happening. In a recent AMA Global survey of over 700 people found that even with a D&I policy in place, most respondents think their organization still has work to do.
