Drawing from the feedback of over 500 individuals, the findings highlight that employees in the post-pandemic era are anticipated to shoulder greater responsibilities. Consequently, they are grappling with the challenge of maintaining productivity while meeting the heightened expectations.
An overwhelming 80 percent of the respondents acknowledged that the skill set necessary for effective job performance has undergone significant changes within the past two years. These outcomes underscore the critical importance of addressing skill gaps by acquiring specific new proficiencies.
