As Canadian Management Centre's Senior Learning Experience Manager, I lead our design team in creating fun, insightful and engaging courses and workshops for learners across Canada and beyond. I also work closely with our clients and sales team to get to know you and make sure we’re selecting, designing, and customizing the solutions that will best meet your needs and achieve your goals. I am committed to understanding the challenges your learners face, so that together we can chart a course to address the real issues and make a tangible impact.

I’ve had a diverse and winding career, including over 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating impactful training for professionals and students in Canada and internationally. I hold a master’s degree in Teaching from The New School of New York and BA from New College of Florida as well as several certifications in business and language instruction.

At work, I love learning from both clients and colleagues and always strive to elevate and innovate our learning solutions. Outside of work, I spend my time binging on podcasts on a wild range of topics from business to psychology to zoology, reading science fiction and hanging out with my 8-year-old daughter and her dad.
