- Examine how you think. Use the My Thinking Styles assessment, reflection and discussion to identify your thinking preferences, strengths and areas for development.
- Practice critical thinking on realistic problems. Work through exercises, cases and small-group activities involving assumptions, bias, evidence, reasoning and alternative solutions.
- Apply the process to a workplace challenge. Use the Application Planner to work through a real issue and leave with a practical plan for strengthening your critical thinking at work.
