Effective Presentation Skills was excellent, as was the facilitator. I'd been anticipating a classroom environment and the group setting exceeded my expectations. The course format was highly informative & engaging, and I am already applying what I've learned to my position.

Learning about the various tools that Smarter Meetings uses was very valuable. The class participation was a great learning experience as well, especially when Karen would use some of the tools in her teaching prior to us even knowing about them. This helped lead us into learning them in a quick, efficient way.
