    I think Joe did a very good job of facilitating the 4 sessions. He brought additional insight and perspective that was not in the manual. He has strong communications skills. If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback it would be that when he recognizes shortcomings in the materials, he should adapt and/or offer to take the feedback under consideration so that the input might be adopted in future iterations of the materials. I found it a little frustrating that when the group identified opportunities to clarify content in case studies, for example, Joe said "The preferred answer is..." despite there being a disconnect between the content and the answer options.
