Karen was fantastic. She delivered the materials in a way that kept us all engaged and enthused. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I loved the small group of 7; it really encouraged us to get to know each other and we all had a great time over the 2 days.

the facilitator provided some very good examples of questions that can be asked as part of the REFD process. I suggest that these examples be incorporated within the material

Would have liked additional time during the last day (or homework the day prior) to work through the RED model independently before commencing group work. Candida was great - very personable and had a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with the group. I really enjoyed her session.
