What does “the voice of leadership” mean in this course?
In this voice of leadership course, “voice” refers to how leaders communicate, influence, and show up, not vocal tone or public speaking skills. The focus is on developing a clear, confident leadership voice that builds credibility, inspires trust, and drives results.
I’m a good manager, but I struggle with "presence." Can charisma be taught?
Yes. While often viewed as an innate trait, presence and charisma are built through specific behaviors like storytelling, active listening, and body language. You will practice techniques to get and hold attention, ensuring people want to listen when you speak.
