     Franca is an excellent Facilitator. She keeps the participants engaged throughout the course but gives them the space they need when doing the exercises. I liked how taking the breaks was even left up to the participants, as it gives us the opportunity to practise our assertiveness in coming to an understanding.

    The. Course was well presented and the material was interesting. It may be userul to add exercises in which the trainees try themselves to display an assertive behaviour just to practice further the skill set   Franca was committed to ensure the information presented was absorbed and all trainees got to experience the exercises and benefit from participating in the course

    I highly recommend this course as it touches on some many areas different areas such as communication, diversity, conflict resolution, self-assessment, etc.  Reg was able to keep the group engaged at all times.   I had a wonderful three days at CMC. The level of professionalism and costumer service at CMC is outstanding - from the front desk to the classroom.
