This course  addresses the unique challenges women face in business and how the effective use of assertiveness techniques is essential for survival and advancement. With these skills, you can increase the likelihood that you will send the right signals and get the right responses. They can help you command respect while being respectful, and handle almost any situation you’re likely to encounter without seeming overbearing.

    I would like to see the facilities more enviromentally friendly. I didn't notice a place for compost. Bins were not clearly marked and people just put everything in the garbage.

    Great amount of information and areas to trial. If I can take even 1 or 2 items from this course and use it, the course is well worth the time. Laurel was very engaging. When I found out this was the first time she was facilitating this course I was surprised.
