Set priorities and learn to control chaos in the workplace

While chaos can be a ‘natural’ outcome of constant change, but it’s not easy to deal with if you don’t have tools designed to manage that chaos as it unfolds. This program provides solutions to address this challenge. Plus, you’ll discover how to harness the energy of a dynamic - though often chaotic - work environment and avoid feeling overwhelmed when things start to spin out of control.

Through applying a variety of tools, you’ll re-think the way you approach chaos, which will help you tackle tough situations as they arise. You will also practice techniques for analyzing and resolving problems and learn to strategically communicate your solutions.
