We had a small class, but Jen adapted to meet our needs. The material was easy to follow, and the breakout rooms helped put the learnings into practice. The class pace was just right. I learned a lot about myself and hearing other participants experiences helped broaden my thinking and give perspective. The course was good, and know the two day crunch is to enable people with less time. However, I would recommend 3 days as a minimum. It often felt rushed to fit the material and there is a lot of information that is very valuable that felt skimmed over.

The material is excellent and the facilitator did a good job adapting to a much smaller group than would be ideal. I was expecting that there would be time spent going through the 360 assessment results, analyzing and actually developing a personal plan. The material is excellent and it definitely provided lots of great tools to be able to make adopting these habits easier. However, the review the of the material was quite cursory and we did not have an opportunity to dig deep and develop a personal plan. Given that we had a small group and got through the material more quickly than usual it would have been nice to spend the extra time digging a bit deeper.

The course introduced relevant concepts that can be applied to my work and personal lives. I was worried on the 1st day because we didn't finished Habit 3 as scheduled and Day 2 would feel rushed. It did felt rushed but only slightly. Laurel did well in making sure her teaching materials were all matching and had a nice flow, only had one (1) video not worked properly. Laurel dressed professionally and very well put together. She also had an engaging voice.

Lyle knows the material really well, was able to share personal experiences which helped to illustrate the teaching, and had a good balance of work, interactive time with the other participants, breaks. If you start to implement the 7 habits you will see immediate benefits. I liked that the content is focused on both work and personal life; the 360 was really helpful, and the follow up material to put the course learning into practice is useful too. It really helps you to understand how focusing on the end game, and being clear on your personal objectives drives everything else.

This course is good for any one of any level and bears repeating. I had read the book a number of years ago, but learned really helpful tips for my role. I really enjoyed the mix of videos, exercises, discussions and "teach it to your colleague". And with the practice and skills card, I feel like these will help me retain the material. Very knowledgeable and experienced and able to provide examples to make the content more real. Very effective at keeping to the learning objectives and the time schedule. Full of very practical and helpful information to help in both professional and personal aspects of your life.

Note quite what I expected (not a typical PMP type course) but highly interesting and applicable not only to work life but much more on a personal level. Presented material well; interacted very well and provided good feedback/ input /responses. To get the most out of the course it must be suited to you and your expectations. There is much more emphasis on the personal habits than the public.

She knows her material well and exploit all way of teaching from talking to group work interactions and activities to videos. Easy going, doesn't over load her class with her talking. No one fell asleep and everyone seems to be very much engaged. All habits learned can be both beneficial at work and at home, making more work/life balance doable. Love the interaction with the group I was with. Good to learn that majority of the things others have brought are similar to mine. Beneficial and relate-able. Can be implemented in daily life, at work and outside. Everyone should take this course. A lot to do with 1 person's paradigms.

Despite the fact that Lyle had to cover a large amount of information, he was able to drive home the key concepts behind each of the 7 habits, and I came away with a very clear idea of what I want to apply right away. It's obvious that Lyle has a lot of experience just by the way he can engage with the participants and gauge their level of energy and engagement. Even though we had to sit for two days, Lyle kept our minds moving and gave us enough variety (i.e., teaching methods) to keep the pace lively. CMC made everything very clear and straightforward. Also, I was pleased that CMC followed up -- in a very respectful manner -- when my payment hadn't been made. I was able to prompt payment and everyone was happy.

Lyle delivered the course very well. He covered the 7 habits and made time for group discussion on topics/examples that were relevant to the participants of the group, which made the course that much more beneficial/practical.Lyle had a very strong knowledge base and was able to give real life examples of applying the 7 habits. He was able to address all of our questions thoroughly, made the session fun and interactive.Overall good. I would only recommend that more details about the location be shared ahead of time. e.g. information about parking, perhaps a map of the venue, showing location of room, etc.

It would have been great to have had more time to share and interact with fellow participants. Lyle had a lot of varied examples to provide. At times, it felt like his stories had to be truncated a bit too much that the link to the habit was a bit murky. Alternatively, it would have been great to have more time to discuss different variations of responding and how that would impact differently on levels of effectiveness.

The course was very insightful and Laurel was a fantastic facilitator. Unfortunately we had tech issues on the first day which in my opinion impacted the second day with not having rthe necessary time to complete the second half fully; the second day felt a bit rushed. Laurel was very knowledgeable about the course she was delivering and despite tech issues stayed focused and proficient with her delivery.

I found this program useful. There were a lot of segments in this program that were thought provoking and is sure to help me in my leadership journey and in becoming the best that I can possibly be. I would suggest the work book and other materials be re-worked to suit a 2-day program. I found the facilitator skip few exercises and activities to complete the course within the 2-day time frame. This made me feel the 2nd day was rushed. I would also prefer more time being given for some of the discussions. This would allow participants to share real time situations to gain better clarity in the application of the practices suggested in each of the habit.

Good information. Thought there was too much group interaction and not enough lecturing. Saw videos of Covey giving lectures of sitting. Would like to see more this actually being done by instructor.

Very helpful, I liked that we did not have to sit bored all day. The trainer made sure to have activities that got everyone involved while teaching us how to use the new skills that we were being introduced to.
