The data clearly shows the link between workplace training, business performance and employee retention. Although we know that face-to-face training offers levels of personalization, interaction and practice that cannot be replicated online, time for classroom-based training is limited.
The challenge for business leaders and L&D professionals is to promote effective employee development that produces real on-the-job performance improvement, while optimizing return on investment and minimizing disruption to the business.
