I now understand how Finance comes up with the numbers for Balance Sheet, Cash flow Sheet and Income Statement. I can now see and understand how my company is doing. I also have more of an understanding in how to budget and how our company comes to terms with cutbacks at the office.

Leader was very excellent in delivering her material. I was able to learn different techniques to use when dealing with my customers and co-workers.

I enjoyed the group environment and interaction with other attendees. It made the course more enjoyable and helped to illustrate the different types of people.

What I liked most about this course was the instructor because she made what can potentially be perceived as "fluffy" material very interesting by way of how she delivered the material. She used good examples and due to her vast experience in the field (and in delivering such courses, I'm sure) she was able to spontaneously come up with good suggestions as to how to handle specific situations the class questioned her on.

I felt that the topics that were covered were extremely helpful because I would be able to apply these skills immediately.

I liked the outline of the course. I wanted to learn how to write a marketing plan, and that was covered in detail.

The course covered a vast range of topics. This was beneficial as it provided a good overview of product management.
