I like how open the course was - open discussion and not following hundreds of pages in a binder.

It has met and exceeded my expectation and for a new manager. This course was great.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided information that could be put to use immediately. Also, questions were answered in a direct manner, with assistance from the group.

I enjoyed the pace, the knowledge and the background of the instructor and the fact that he shared his experiences. The size of the group was small. Also, the course helped identify where the gaps are in our succession planning program.
