Susan Diamond is great! I would not change anything in the way she delivered the seminar. I would attend Susan's seminars again!
The subject matter selected to be taught in this course fits exactly to my current job roles. The teacher did an excellent job relating that info to specific job responsibilities and selected example companies.

A big part was our instructor, Susan. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great teaching skills. She certainly helped clear up a lot of questions I had and made the course much more interesting.
The course gave me a good general understanding of financial reports and annual reporting.
I now understand how Finance comes up with the numbers for Balance Sheet, Cash flow Sheet and Income Statement. I can now see and understand how my company is doing. I also have more of an understanding in how to budget and how our company comes to terms with cutbacks at the office.
Leader was very excellent in delivering her material. I was able to learn different techniques to use when dealing with my customers and co-workers.
I enjoyed the group environment and interaction with other attendees. It made the course more enjoyable and helped to illustrate the different types of people.
The one thing I liked best about the course was the amount of information I had learned in only two days!
