For me not being in a "managers" role within an office, I was surprised at the amount of tools within this that I can still apply. I developed a motto a year ago that is "A good manager knows the ability's of the people within his group, a great managers encourages them to prove it". This course ties my thought to the reality of it. Thanks. Very engaging and helpful. Great way to open your mind to being a productive manager.

I thought it was more about managing others ...I gained a lot of insight from the first day spent on managing myself. This was a great and very helpful surprise. Laurel was great. The pace was perfect, she read the room and what they wanted and didn't want. Her examples were good. She is engaging. It gave great insight on how the leader sets the standard.

I have shared the course content and the forms with my High Commissioner and he is now interested in all staff taking the 7 Habits for Highly effective people as a group in the office. I found the presentation, the working in groups and the tools very useful. I found the video clips to be insipirational as well. She was very approachable, able to add personal experience to make he topics easier to understand. She made it interesting and fun. Kept to the time allotted. Very good and knows the topic very well. I have taken a few courses and I find everything from start to finish very professional. I also recommend the course to my colleagues in other countries. Also to the Ministry of Foreign and Affairs and trade New Zealand.

Very easy to follow and retain. Not all applied to retail which was a bit of a time waster but I tried to take what I could use in my day to day which is quite a bit. Very well presented

I know the course was more generalized for all types of manager, which is great. Just have to adjust some concepts to better suit our needs as a retailer

Too many personal anecdotes. Also, all the stories were of past successes (bar one) and after so many past successful application of these habits you start to think it's too good to be true. see last I didn't input full answers into certain questions for this survey - as it is not mandatory to give feedback it shouldn't be mandatory to answer questions if one is not so inclined.

It seemed more directed to sales, I'm with a health centre organization. He was able to answer any questions I had, being a team of two I had a hard time. I gained a lot of knowledge and know what I'm fully capable of doing in my position.
