    I like to small group, Bruce was attentive to all and mixed up the group so we had the chance to work with each participant in the training. Bruce was engaging and presented the material in an understandable way. He also used his own examples when applying the material. More information on "distance leadership" would have been great.

    Practical skills that can be applied. I liked doing all the exercises! Sherry was good. A bit too serious and difficult to read but good. Everything was professionally done. Lunch was ok, but expected more of a catered meal.
