    Training was on par with other training that I have participated in. Facilitator did a good job trying to engage the participants, however, more opportunities to practice tools and techniques would have been helpful.

    The training was ok but more applicable for someone who doesn't have leadership experience. I was hoping for more insight into techniques related to working remotely since many of us are working remotely now, however course material didn't include this. There were a few group activities but additional techniques to keep audience engaged in virtual training could be beneficial.
