    The course was a strong reminder of skill sets i have previously learned through other courses at CMC, as well as internal training and other offsite training i have participated in. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and was able to place real life instances in as examples to course material. Looking for training in regards to build successful succession planning for those you are looking to level up, as well as yourself.

    Liz addressed some participant feedback regarding more role play on day 1 that appeared unnecessary. It made the feedback feel unwelcome. Otherwise, she was professional and engaging.
