I had never hear of CMC before and the price seemed a little steep for a 2 day workshop. I must say, I learned so much from this course, I think the price is absolutely justified. I would have liked more practice delivery and a little less theory. Theory/classroom management can be researched. Practice delivery with an expert and peers providing feedback is a value that is harder to get outside of a classroom like this. 3 days provides time to accomplish this. Overall, I got value from the course and the facilitator made learning enjoyable. I learned some new effective strategies to aid in my preparation. Strong knowledge base and his stories brought the content to life. His questioning of the group was open ended and made the group think and respond, which led to a more engaging session.Great for someone who's trying to build a foundation in facilitation.

Very knowledgeable. The content was really good, but we crammed a lot of good material on the last day. This course is more for experienced trainers, so if they are new to training they probably would want a more basic course

Peter was able to speak to anything quickly and effectively whether it was our vocabulary, stories or concepts. There's a lot of information covered, don't be afraid to ask questions when it gets to specifics you want to learn because Peter will be able to do a deeper dive. I think I'll be able to incorporate about 15-20 new ideas or concepts into my training and to share with our team.

It was obvious that Peter knew his topic - Loved the interaction - Peter did not just read from slides - Slides were used only to 'trigger' learning and discussion points. Was extremely happy how Peter handled himself and the class - He made us feel very comfortable right off the start 1st time taking course downtown Toronto - Thought it would be difficult to locate - No Concerns Lunch/Snack/beverages - All were good Course experience was better than expected - I thought there was nothing more for me to learn when facilitating courses. I was incorrect!

Peter is a very knowledgeable and experienced facilitator. The course was designed to meet our needs and requirements as well as contained the necessary content. His great facilitation and people skills inspired everyone to participate and to adopt useful new approaches. The small group discussion and activities were very effective. It was a fun and inspiring learning experience. Highly recommend.
