The Learning Experience

  • Understand how adults learn. Complete pre-course reflection and a learning-preference assessment, then explore how adult learning principles should shape your approach.
  • Practice the skills of effective facilitation. Work through group exercises, role-play and realistic classroom situations involving participation, feedback, delivery and learner challenges.
  • Facilitate and receive feedback. Complete practice facilitation sessions, receive coaching and peer feedback, and leave with a plan for continued development.
