The team at CMC has had a mix of people physically in the office and working remotely for many years. Early on, we found that participating in an in-person meeting while remote could be challenging. We knew we had to make it better. So, we developed Virtual Inclusion Principles (VIPs), posted them in all meeting rooms and they have become ingrained in our meeting practices and improved the success of all of our meetings. We think you’ll find them valuable too.
