Women Leading with Impact: Resilience and Strategic Risk-Taking

Develop the skills and mindset to transform challenges into growth opportunities

Why do some women thrive professionally while others are passed over for career advancement opportunities? The answer is often a lack of resilience and resistance to taking risks—due to a variety of factors. Excellent course. I had already know a lot of the concepts but was stuck in not being able to transition into them into practice. It really made me think and the discussion helped with actually how to do it. What words to use? The other courses were based on the what and really appreciated the how.

  • Tripti Roy, CIBC Oct 21, 2022

Loved the fact that it was not a class where the instructor does all the talking. It was a very interactive session and I learnt a lot via all the exercises and the breakout sessions we had.

Joanne was an excellent instructor and kept the class very engaging. The course content, participant guide, and exercises were beyond my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better 2 days of learning and personal/professional growth. I feel inspired

Enjoyed the course, found it useful and helpful. I did find it hard though to be on camera for 8 hours. it is much more draining being on camera for 8 hours then it is to attend in person. Everyone can see you at all times. I would suggest a few 'camera'
