Foundations of Adaptive Project Delivery – Agile Hands-On

  • Project Management
  • Course Code: 96033

When project requirements are difficult to define or are likely to change due to uncertainty and volatility, an adaptive (versus a predictive) approach to project management is appropriate.   When using an adaptive approach, the initial requirements are refined, detailed, or even replaced based on user feedback, the project environment or unexpected events.
