Use Agile to solve problems that often develop with complex or high-change projects.

Agile Project Management methods answer questions such as: How do I control change when contract scope was poorly worded? How can I plan a project when all of the requirements are not yet known or are not fully specified? How can I reduce the risk of misunderstanding requirements? How can we safely begin building a solution while we are still figuring out design details? How can we prepare a fixed-price estimate and have a firm delivery deadline for a project with scope that is still unstable?

Agile project management solves some critical problems commonly faced on complex, high-change projects. In this intensive, hands-on, three-day workshop, simulations, realistic scenarios and group discussions will be used to teach participants the core techniques of Agile Project Management and the value those techniques can bring to a project.

Relevant information and extremely well presented by the facilitator. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and had a very human friendly and pleasant/fun manner! Course should be entitled Practical Agile - Hands On as it was not specifically PM centric but more about running an Agile project. Valuable, applicable material and very well presented top to bottom!
