Ann brings over 25 years’ experience leading and developing individuals and teams to achieve excellence. Her leadership experience spans Client Service, Operations, Human Resources and Practice Management for Sales. Over the last 9 years, Ann has continued to create a meaningful impact as an independent practitioner offering executive and team coaching as well as facilitation and instruction. Ann earned her B.A. Honours degree from Queen’s University in Psychology and Linguistics and completed her coaching certification with Adler International Learning where she is now on faculty. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and a qualified practitioner of Tilt 365, MBTI®, DISC, and the LEA 360. Ann specializes in leadership development, executive presence, conflict management, and expanding awareness in communication styles and emotional intelligence.
