I really enjoyed the trainer and the others in the course.  The trainer was very flexible in adjusting the amount of time we spent on various sections we felt were important and needed more information on without compromising all of the sections to be covered..  was a very good course and useful for my development in this area

I feel that we did not run through all of the exercises as thoroughly as the previous CMC course I took (Strategic planning from Vision to Action). There was not enough time to go into depth on some aspects so in retrospect I am still a little fuzzy on some areas.  Candida was very knowledgeable and very good at sharing her vast knowledge. I feel that the class was not as interactive due to it's small size.  We appreciated the 60% off for this course, otherwise it would not have been realistic to attend. Thanks!

Very interactive and practical. Good templates that I can use in the future. I liked going through the templates step by step as it made me think through my own processes. It was also interesting to learn about the multi-intelligence styles and how that many impact understanding, especially when Candida used a real-world example with putting together IKEA furniture. Candida was very engaging. It ended up being a small class and I liked how she made it more conversational, informal and interactive.  This was my fourth CMC course and I always find them interesting and helpful. I would take more, but not every company I work at has a course reimbursement policy.

The instructor was fantastic!  I really like the size of the classes, it allows for excellent dialogue and the sharing of ideas
