I loved the content of the course as it was a real eye opener for me. It really laid out the positives about delegating within an organization and made me realize that the reason why I'm in the position that I am, is because someone delegated to me and allowed me the chance to grow, make mistakes and learn from them.Mike was great, he kept things fresh and very informative! I would recommend this course.

I feel that the course was fast paced to fit everything in. I would have benefitted from an extra day or half day to perform work exercises to practice using the numerous tools shared with us.

The amount of information and examples certainly filled a day. Plenty of extra reading suggestions as well to augment the course. I did have a couple of "Ah Ha!" moments, and I wrote down 2 pages of point form notes. It is a well laid out course.
