The content of the various topics were quite engaging. I have to know put these principles in action for my work scenario. The exercises were an eye opener as the methodology used were new to me.
Salima was great and full of energy , she kept us engaged throughout the sessions. Never a boring moment.

Salima was a good facilitator. We had a small class - but diverse in industry - she provided relevant examples that each of us could use in our workplace

very interesting methods
Salima was very engaging and presented the material in a way that it flowed from one topic to the next. She presented the materials in an interesting way and incorporated the appropriate activities.
The facilities were excellent and everyone was very friendly.

Good content, not enough for a 2 day course; look to add additional useful content; shorten activity prep time

- Not a good choice of case study. Very basic and needed to be clearer on the direction (i.e. instructions to seek out information vs. the information being there) - Great instructor! - Liked the group activity

The material for this course could have been covered in one day. I felt that on the 2nd day we had to stretch the time. Our class was small, so that could have also played a factor in why we were left with so much time. In addition to that, I felt like we should have been given more context regarding the case we were assigned. It might have been valuable to have a case study that had both too much information and not enough information. Most of the people in this class are in roles where we have to deal with too much information and it would have been nice to have been able to learn how to analyze too much data not just how to analyze with limited data.

Salima did a fantastic job...would take any course with her again. Lots of energy and great real world examples.

I think it would be more useful to have all the groups use the same example with provided data otherwise too much can be set on collecting data rather than analysing it.
