I really enjoyed the interaction not just with Reg but also with the rest of the group. The content was relevant to what I currently do and I look forward to applying all the things that I have learned in my writing assignments moving forward. Reg was an absolute delight, highly articulate and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed learning the different modules and hearing him speak, but also I enjoyed his anecdotes that were relevant to the course content. I look forward to attending more courses and I was really pleased with the pace of the course and the friendliness of the staff at CMC.

Concepts taught seemed to be more basic than what I expected Technical Writing to be. Would have appreciated more examples of different kinds of technical documents, like policies, service agreements etc. as opposed to just templates for different categories of technical documents.
