Project managers with powerful interpersonal skills are “worth their weightin gold”. After all, projects are about people working together toproductively deliver high-quality results.

Yet interpersonal issues can destroy the most skilled team. Constantlycomplaining Cathy, Bulldozer Boswald, Lazy Larry and Manipulative Margo canravage costly and normally productive teams. In contrast, Hardworking Harry, Responsible Rachel, Open-minded Oscar and Persevering Peter can conquer themost difficult of assignments.
