Enhancing Communication Through DiSC®

People differ – and the ability to perceive and adapt to others’ style is key to effective communication, collaboration and alignment in the workplace. 

The DiSC® model is a simple tool that helps people understand themselves and others and learn to connect and build relationships with a wide variety of individuals and personalities. In this interactive session you will gain greater self-awareness and understanding of how you come across. You will explore the four styles and their interactions in depth and learn how each style contributes and adds value on a team. As a result of participating in this session, you will be well equipped to flex your behaviours and actions to get better results from your workplace interactions and collaboration with your colleagues and team members.

 I have heard of DiSC®, but I do not know much about it. Is that a problem?

No. You do not need prior experience with DiSC® to benefit from this course.  I know I need to adjust my communication for different people, but I am not always sure how. Will this course help?

 I have done personality or style tools before, and nothing really changed afterward. How is this course different?

The goal is not just insight, but better communication, stronger collaboration, and fewer repeated misunderstandings at work.

 Is this DiSC® communication course for managers only?

No. This workplace communication course is useful for both managers and individual contributors.  Do I complete a DiSC® assessment as part of the course?

 What will I be able to do differently after the course?
