The Learning Experience

  • Build a project from initiation through close. Work through a continuing case study and apply each stage of the project management process as the project develops.
  • Create and use practical project tools. Work in small groups to develop documents such as a business case, project charter, requirements, WBS, schedule, budget, risk analysis and status report.
  • Take the tools back to your own projects. Reflect on each stage, compare approaches with other participants and leave with templates and an action plan for applying the learning at work.
