I liked the individual exercises that we walked through using our own experience – it really helped take the course material and learn to apply it to my environment.

I enjoyed the practical examples. The examples that were discussed were everyday examples experienced in day to day work. The fact that we used these examples in our group exercises got us thinking strategically.

I felt that the course gave me many tools that I can apply in my role to increase the effectiveness of my leadership style and also enhance the performance of my team. The instructor was excellent and his insight and leadership was inspiring.

It covered all of the areas with which I had concerns. I found the material to be practical and with many real-life applications. It felt like I could go back and put it into use immediately.
