Nellie was by far the highlight. She showed genuine care and concern for the success of the participants in the course and beyond. Nellie´s willingness to share her personal experiences and her obvious love of the subject matter made for a very engaging course.

It was not only a course that will help me improve my skills at work...it was also a self-realization course that will also help me in my personal life.

The structure flowed well, which made understanding the course content easier. I also enjoyed the interaction and discussions between instructor and participants.

I came with a certain objective, however I left with more than I came for.

Nellie had no problem answering any of our own probing questions and we felt we could share anything.

I enjoyed learning several techniques on how to deal with a tough situations including fogging and negative assertiveness. I have already implemented these key techniques into my everyday life.

Excellent. ...although I'm usually not a big fan of participative sessions (especially those on video)...I thoroughly enjoyed and believe I learned a lot of valuable skills from attending this course. In addition, I understand how powerful the role play technique was in helping people fully understand the various scenario's....well done. I will recommend it to others.

How to say No and not feel guilty. I think this was what everyone was looking for, I know I was. It was covered great. Video exercise was excellent. This course exceeded my expectations.
