The teacher´s enthusiasm was communicative. What I have learned during this class will be beneficial both to my personal and professional life.

The material was well presented and the course leader got everyone involved in the session. The interaction with other people made it a greater learning experience.

The instructor, Peter, made the difference. He is obviously knowledgeable and is very personable. He is able to empathize and can suggest ways to think through difficult situations (e.g. reframing). He offered very practical and useful techniques.

The course had a lot of valuable information and was presented at a good pace. There were lots of breaks that allowed you to absorb the information that was presented.

The course was EXCELLENT! It gave me the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

What I liked most about the course was that it gave me an opportunity to examine my communication techniques and get a clear understanding of the important role I play when communicating. It allowed me to realize that I need to be aware of my emotions at all times.
