The course was very informative and covered a lot of relevant and down to earth information and processes.

The course was highly interactive. Everybody was engaged and involved. It also addressed many real world situations.

I like the simple fact that it was an open group forum relating to the binder and not page-by-page in the binder. This type of discussion opens the mind up and you think things through rather than just reading the words.

The audiovisual portions of the course were interesting and entertaining. The group work was also good.

We only had seven people registered and it made for a very productive training session.
