This course taught me how to identify personalities, the importance and method of coaching and how to deal effectively with conflict.

The Grammar Course was enlightening and presented in an entertaining manner. The presentations were supported by exercises and relevant backup material pertinent to today´s busy business applications.

I thought the course was very detailed and really focused on the criteria that I was looking for. I also thought that due to the small volume of participants, it was very personable.

I liked the one-on-one coaching - I thought it was very relevant, and you could see the improvement over the course of the day. 

I liked that we were taught what causes fear and how to over come it.

The course wasn´t too jam-packed during the day. It had a nice easy pace and great tips.
