The best part of the course was the instructor, Rob Smith. His presentations and his real-world war stories were very interesting.

Marilyn is an excellent facilitator as her passionate presentation of ideas is very inspiring.

Donald Carmont was an amazing instructor who seems very knowledgeable and the resources that we get are a huge tool that I can continue to use on an on-going basis.

The course made me aware of the negative effect of using negative words when speaking to employees and in general. Also, allowing employees to answer their own questions, because they will believe what they say!

I really enjoy Mr. Carmont's style of teaching and class participation. Donald has the ability to hold his participants attention for long periods of time and I am able to see parallels in my own career path that Donald draws from his past experience.

The course taught me what it takes to be an effective leader which I will apply to my job on a daily basis.
