I have been provided with a number of valuable, easy to use tools, tips and techniques that I can now carry forward into the workplace environment. This has allowed me to grow personally, and will benefit my organization for years to come.

I enjoyed the emphasis on learning by observing and doing, as well as the constant emphasis placed on identifying what could be taken back into the work place. I liked this because far too often the techniques, skills, etc. learned in the course are not taken outside of the training room.

The course provided excellent examples, group involvement, and good use of video. Material was not read from the book, and Karen was able to adapt to our needs and requests.

The course had a good diverse group of personality types and backgrounds, with a lot of interaction.

I liked the style and the way the information was presented; it kept you alert and awake the entire 3 days. There were a lot of invaluable hands-on, practical examples to use back at the office.

The Instructor provided real life examples during the course to relate to a particular point. The rendition of the examples were humorous and kept us all alert. 

The course helped me understand my own personal style through the ´DiSC´ profile and how to better interact with people of different styles.
