I was able to develop an action plan to deal with two coaching situations specific to my needs. This will help me put the training to use as soon as I get back into the office.

This course gave us the basics on time management, showed why it pays off to plan our time, and demonstrated how to keep our focus on the important things and use our time well. The truth on multi-tasking was good to know, and the tips on filing and meetings were useful.
