Outstanding – related material to real life scenarios.
I liked the style and the way the information was presented; it kept you alert and awake the entire 3 days. There were a lot of invaluable hands-on, practical examples to use back at the office.
The Instructor provided real life examples during the course to relate to a particular point. The rendition of the examples were humorous and kept us all alert.
The course helped me understand my own personal style through the ´DiSC´ profile and how to better interact with people of different styles.
The course flowed at a pace that everyone was comfortable with. All questions were addressed as we went along. Nick made the course entertaining as well as thought provoking.
