I thought the course was very good because it covered a relevant, hands-on approach to coaching. There were a wide variety of tools and approaches you could use for various situations. I especially appreciated the "I Speak" self-evaluation which will be useful in managing up, down and laterally.

Good balance of theory, role playing, video learning and opportunity to discuss real life scenarios in context of the course.

Small class was definitely advantageous. I learned much more than anticipated as we had one-on-one training with only three in the class.
