I really enjoyed the small group activities. It gave us a great opportunity to receive constructive feedback and share ideas among ourselves.
The trainer was very knowledgeable and conducted a very interactive course. He held our attention throughout the three days.
I learned more about myself as a leader and manager; i.e. style, influence, etc. Those are valuable learning that can be applied right away and shared among the rest of my team to get to know each other better as leaders.
I learned a great deal about communication. It was an enlightenment to get feedback on our own communication skills and learn ways to improve them to the extent of enriching our leader´s ´voice´ to get our message across more effectively.
I liked the Personalities section the most, as I believe this will help me at work, as well as in my personal life.
