I found several areas which I could incorporate into my current coaching sessions.

I thought the course was very good because it covered a relevant, hands-on approach to coaching. There were a wide variety of tools and approaches you could use for various situations. I especially appreciated the "I Speak" self-evaluation which will be useful in managing up, down and laterally.

Good balance of theory, role playing, video learning and opportunity to discuss real life scenarios in context of the course.

Small class was definitely advantageous. I learned much more than anticipated as we had one-on-one training with only three in the class.

I was able to develop an action plan to deal with two coaching situations specific to my needs. This will help me put the training to use as soon as I get back into the office.

Come to the course with expectations of what you want to learn and specific questions and you will come away with a high degree of satisfaction. The more you get involved in the course material, with the instructors and participants, the more you will get out of the course.

This was a learning milestone in my career!
