Instructor Peter Taylor was outstanding as he led this class. The small group of five led to some very interesting conversation as the course progressed. It also enabled trust to develop quickly and therefore a more open and honest environment. The subject matter of the course was fascinating!

The class size was small; we had a wonderful mix of people. Peter was very good a gauging what the class needed and where we should spend more time.

The concept addressed the need to deal with individual´s emotional and rational processes when managing them. It added a dimension that I have always found lacking. The emphasis on clear communication and avoiding clouding issues on diplomatic language to create a positive working environment was most helpful.

It was very participative and enabled us to draw on strengths from a variety of corporate cultures.

I liked that the course size was small. This allowed for us to build relationships during the time we were together.

I liked the real-life examples provided by the instructor and by others in the class - it allowed me to see how I might apply what I was learning to my own situation.

It was very well planned and laid out. Information was easy to understand and the examples supported the notes. The role-playing was good and the auction exercise at the end was very good.

I enjoyed the team interaction and the flow of the course. As a participant, you were actively involved in the course content, shared experiences with other team members and attempted to apply what you were learning.

The presenter was very professional and brought a wealth of experience to the course.

I liked the interactive activities throughout the day. They keep you interested and motivated and shows you first hand how other managers cope with their challenges as well.
