    Very relevant for Management that are willing to better their management style to be more effective. Derek is a first class facilitator with years of hands on experience. Great course for organization management to complete at the same time.  It opens dialogue amongst peers to a more focused discussion.

    With all the activities the course just fit into the 3 days. Luc shared personal experiences as well as relevant issues voiced by others who have attended sessions in the past. He stepped us through the course in a way that flowed and made sense.  The training room at the Mississauga location was just right for the size of group we had for this session.

    The course content is well suited to a new manager. Luc was excellent. In hindsight I wished I had chosen a course that was geared towards more experienced managers.  Having said that the content was a good refresher, and I did pick up some pearls.

    The content of the course was very relevant and provided a good mix of theory as well as practical tools to use in the office immediately. Luc was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about the course content. He provided great insight into the different aspects we covered. He was great at noticing our weak areas and helping us understand and accommodate for them. He made the content very engaging and created a warm environment to talk through potential problems we will face at the office. He  broke down the content in a way that makes it accessible to me to be able to live up to best practices of managing others.
