    The course was very informative and I experienced about 100 aha moments throughout the three day course. Some parts of the learning material seemed a bit dated and cheesy but after we went through the complete exercise, they seemed to hit the nail on the head. Reg was outstanding and was able to keep me engaged and interested for the whole course duration. He was very approachable and always had excellent advise. Strongly recommend!

    Felt that the facilitator was a little too domineering at times and on occasion, had awkward interactions with myself and certain team members.

    Very relevant for Management that are willing to better their management style to be more effective. Derek is a first class facilitator with years of hands on experience. Great course for organization management to complete at the same time.  It opens dialogue amongst peers to a more focused discussion.
