    Karen was very current and knowledgeable in her expertise. The variety of experiences and industries in the room made for great discussions that I could still apply to my own world/work. Karen is knowledgeable with a lot of good experiences and relevant case studies/stories to give context to the scenarios and theories

    The course provided a great level of depth in each of the sections. I felt it covered a very good array of topics and went into enough depth that there was enough understanding. The topics provided also allowed continuing education (ie. booking myself in for another course in Emotional Intelligence) and left me wanting to pursue more training in some of the topics including EQ and Conflict Resolution. Lisa was an amazing facilitator, she came each day with a lot of energy and enthusiasm in what she was teaching that she kept all of us engaged from start to finish. She was respectful of everyone's opinions and feedback and showed a genuine interest to elaborate on our feedback or examples to identify the underlying issue and provide some great solutions to take back home with us. Not only that, but I felt I could relate to her both on a professional and personal level and she could provide me a lot of hands on examples and situational scenarios to bring back into my day to day. I would 100% attend another seminar that Lisa was teaching with CMC, as she made the entire course that much more enjoyable. Upon registering I was able to connect with the CMC Office and get assistance in finding preferred rate hotels nearby, the staff was always very friendly both in person and on the phone.
