content was good, however some of the break out activities did not allow for sufficient time to discuss. ie process activity and identification of the steps.Sticky notes didnt really work. it may have been easier if we were asked to document the steps in powerpoint or a word doc and then to share our screen with our partner at that time.Though the Amazon example was great the content is very outdated on amazon - from 2018 to now there are significant changes and more relevant examples where Amazon has revolutionized things compared to ebooks.

I thought the concepts were really great and useful. I appreciated having the chance to take the DiSC and the TKI assessments. The instructor had great examples. Compared to the last Online Seminar I took, I found this one less interactive with less audio visual tools so found it harder to remain as engaged.

Nick the facilitator was excellent! He had entertaining and relevant examples to share with the group. While Nick gave us many opportunities to participate and everyone did, after leaving, I felt like, I should have asked this or that. Prior to the course, it may have helped to remind participants to think of examples of the good, bad and ugly management experiences they have experienced that would make good discussion points. And, over three days, he was able to maintain and continue to engage the same people. Well done! It helps you understand why some of the things you are doing are working and what you can do to improve on others. Humbling.

The course provided a great level of depth in each of the sections. I felt it covered a very good array of topics and went into enough depth that there was enough understanding. The topics provided also allowed continuing education (ie. booking myself in for another course in Emotional Intelligence) and left me wanting to pursue more training in some of the topics including EQ and Conflict Resolution. Lisa was an amazing facilitator, she came each day with a lot of energy and enthusiasm in what she was teaching that she kept all of us engaged from start to finish. She was respectful of everyone's opinions and feedback and showed a genuine interest to elaborate on our feedback or examples to identify the underlying issue and provide some great solutions to take back home with us. Not only that, but I felt I could relate to her both on a professional and personal level and she could provide me a lot of hands on examples and situational scenarios to bring back into my day to day. I would 100% attend another seminar that Lisa was teaching with CMC, as she made the entire course that much more enjoyable. Upon registering I was able to connect with the CMC Office and get assistance in finding preferred rate hotels nearby, the staff was always very friendly both in person and on the phone.

The course was very informative and I experienced about 100 aha moments throughout the three day course. Some parts of the learning material seemed a bit dated and cheesy but after we went through the complete exercise, they seemed to hit the nail on the head. The facilitator was knowledgeable, engaging, and flexible. The small class size coupled with the facilitation style was helpful in fostering an environment where people were comfortable participating and showing vulnerability. Though most of the content wasn't brand new for me, I appreciated the lens through which it was shared - the focus was on the leader themselves rather than the employees, environment, or other external factors. I particularly appreciated the personal feedback we each received from one another about our styles. There were some small logistical things that could have been smoother. There was no mention of the location, for instance, in the original flyer and it took a couple of separate attempts to try to obtain this information. Parking information was unclear. All in all, relatively minor, but if addressed could enhance the registration experience and reduce anxiety.
Luc was great. He articulated messages clearly but in a way that felt natural & non-scripted. He was flexible enough to adapt to the needs of the group and to accommodate free-flowing two-way dialogue as it arose. It felt like a three day conversation instead of a three day lecture.

I was fortunate enough to be in a small class. This was very effective as it allowed for more real-life problem solving. Also, as previously mentioned it would be a really great idea to have more role play or perhaps offering courses that were based on role play. Listening is one thing, doing is another
I found the role play very effective. There should certainly be more of that.

I liked the coursework. There were some parallels to the two (2) prior CMC management course I've taken and this course built on those nicely.This is the second CMC course I've taken with Luc as the facilitator and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Very engaging presenter and a superb communicator. I went to him privately during breaks in the course and he was able to provide good feedback and guidance on some of the particular challenges I face with my team.

I thought it could have been slightly shorter (perhaps two days), and sometimes the role-playing or group activities seemed to drag a bit. That said, I found the overall content to be interesting and the instructor was very dedicated to keeping us engaged and providing plenty of learning and teaching opportunities.I found some of the items could have been presented more efficiently or quickly, but I also recognize that my learning style may be different from that of my classmates', particularly in this sense. Overall, the facilitator was fantastic, well-versed, eager to engage, and interactive.

The course covered a variety of scenarios which I encounter each day. The feedback from Luc and the others was valuable. Luc was very enthusiastic keeping me engaged to the subject matter. He has a way of reading people than insures participation.

I enjoyed this course very much and would absolutely recommend it to my coworkers. I liked the fact there were only 3 of us in the class which allowed plenty of time for discussions, questions and roll play. Luc was an excellent instructor. Very relaxed and knowledgeable in his teaching style. Luc did a great job. It could have been very uncomfortable with so few people in the class but he managed our time very effectively.

We should sign a confidentiality doc. The world is very small and we may share confidential elements especially because we mention where we work. We might end up having to do the course with people who might know our colleagues and bosses. We are all professional but we never know. Great job. Great listener that tried to help us finding our own solution instead of saying what we should do.
