    content was good, however some of the break out activities did not allow for sufficient time to discuss. ie process activity and identification of the steps.Sticky notes didnt really work. it may have been easier if we were asked to document the steps in powerpoint or a word doc and then to share our screen with our partner at that time.Though the Amazon example was great the content is very outdated on amazon - from 2018 to now there are significant changes and more relevant examples where Amazon has revolutionized things compared to ebooks.
