    Some of the class were disappointed that there was not more time to cover conflict with 'difficult people' as that is covered in a different course.

    This course was a positive experience right from the start. I was engaged the entire time ..  loved it Again , Donna was fantastic, I cant wait to take another one her classes. This course really opened my eyes to conflict.. I've always been the type of person to jump to conclusions and accusations very quickly, I now have a process to follow to come to a much calmer resolution to most conflict situations. I recommend this course to anyone who has to deal with different kinds of personalities through out your day, whether it be at work, home or in society in general
