Difficult to fit into 1 day, I understanding. Loved the content however we moved quite slow through the first half of the day and got into the 'meat' of the course in the second half. By the end of the day, everyone was losing a bit of energy. It would be great to get to the meat earlier while everyone is still 100% engaged.

Colin was great. One of the best that I've worked with during my career.

it wasn't really about the facilitator, it's just that I don't like the interactive teachings. I'm a shy person to begin with and being in a room of strangers, I get really nervous and sometimes start to stutter

She dealt with a couple of participants that were still upset/angry with previous work reasons that lead them to be in the course very well.
