Who Should Attend
This workshop is appropriate for those working in both the public and private sectors, in any of the following project related roles: Project Managers, Project Team Members, Subject Matter Experts, Department Managers, Supervisors, Account Managers. Participants are encouraged, but not required, to take a foundational level course in project management, such as 3-day Project Management Essentials: Part 1 – The Fundamentals or an equivalent, prior to taking this course.
