One of the most challenging aspects on many projects is managing stakeholder expectations. Do it poorly and you may be bogged down in endless meetings and complaints. Who Should Attend

This workshop is appropriate for those working in both the public and private sectors, in any of the following project related roles: Project Managers, Project Team Members, Subject Matter Experts, Department Managers, Supervisors, Account Managers.  Participants are encouraged, but not required, to take a foundational level course in project management, such as 3-day Project Management Essentials: Part 1 – The Fundamentals or an equivalent, prior to taking this course.
