    I felt the instructor really made the difference with this course. There were some powerful lessons taught as how to manage stress in life as well as in the workplace. Everything was surgically dissected so it could be digested. He had some great power point slides as well to compliment and send the message home. He did a great job to complete it in two days. If anything i would have preferred the course duration be done over three days to better help my absorption (but that's just me). And by the way he had some great tunes! Great DJ - Phil :)
