Facilitator made all the difference with her open mind, knowledge of the course and content, relevant examples, made it so easy to share our experiences without feeling scrutinized. Fantastic Karen made it so special. Person with a personality! So easy going and yet was able to keep the program on track, get us back on topic and the size of the classroom was made for all of us to cooperate. Met fantastic people as well. Karen is so entertaining and made we want to carry on with stress management for more than the 2 days allocated. The time flew. Received every bit of information required to support my handling of stress and emotions while at work. Karen's treated us like professionals regardless of our current position and status, she related to everyone actively and carefully.

Very open. Was able to gain some insight about myself and some good tips to works on. A lot of personal stories. Kept a good pace. Never judged, allowed us to talk. Thanks for the coffee and lunch. Very welcoming and comfortable.
