This course was beyond successful thanks to the participants' honesty and openness. It was a great gang, the facilitator was outstanding and so knowledgeable. We were able to add content and the facilitator was able to accommodate rapidly. He is definitely one of CMC's best asset!!! He was so calm and knowledgeable and I loved that he would play music during the breaks to create a healthy ritual of relaxation. I think the food was great but it's really carbs-driven and I wish there would have been more proteins, meaning some cheese cubes or grilled chicken or salmon as a side to the salads. I didn't eat much and still felt sleepy in the afternoon. But we had a great facilitator and it was still fine, I didn't fall asleep.

Setting the expectations at the beginning was very helpful. It set us up for frank and helpful group discussions. Peter facilitated those discussions in a way that balanced letting us run with keeping the group moving and giving everyone time. I always recommend CMC. The courses are relevant, the trainings are good and the facilities and food are very good.

Sheila spoke a little about energy and I wish we had spoken more about that and how to use it more, how to identify it better.
