Lots of good tips, great resources and materials, excellent trainer. I think it would have been good to mix up the breakout rooms a bit more, to get more ideas of other people's sales styles, however we always did a group review after so everyone did still have the opportunity to hear other people's approaches.

Bill was extremely friendly and approachable in this course. I had always worried about the "role play" portions of courses like this, but Bill made it fun. He made it easy to relate the skills he taught to our individual businesses and updating us on what's current and modern as well. Applied real world examples to concepts he was describing, with humour and wit and an obvious passion for his work. Bill is a great teacher.

Bill provided very practical ways to develop business skills, which are applicable in every profession. Bill has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I enjoyed him sharing his experiences and stories. Already referred this course to two friends. If you need a course to brush up soft skills, Professional Selling at CMC is really amazing!

I felt that the course was rushed. The trainer was great and answered all questions thoroughly. I believe 3 days would have been more thorough She was very knowledgable and had valuable information. She took time to answer all questions and made sure we understood. The course has some very good material about the fundamentals of selling.

I feel like I have received useful takeaways from this course that I will be applying in my current role. Karen was very accommodating to discussing personal inquiries on the fly with substance and validity. It is a great way to network with others in similar roles and the facilitators are great resources.

DISC material was hard to handle and to understand. Specifically using the coin to scratch off a coating which didn't want to budge and the graphing portion. I didn't care for this portion of the program at all. Karen was a pleasure. Great style. Lots of personal stories. Easy going. Kept us on track. Nice facility, convenient to transit. Great lunches. Really pleasant staff.

The small group of 4 people made this course very personal and engaging with a lot of one on one time and avid discussion. Bill was an excellent facilitator and fun to work with. very knowledgeable and engaging. He made the class fun and lively and seemed to make everyone feel comfortable. A great experience overall.

I think spending more time on the sales pitch or "Gain Access with new prospects" portion of the course would be useful. I would suggest this section to include some activities.
It would be very useful for the facilitator to focus more on the subject.

Great course! I would suggest that phone/laptops and other portable electronic devices should not be allowed in the course. Very distracting to others that want to learn. Excellent course! I now have more confidence to work in this new work of sales!

I found the course did not cover the technical aspects that I had expected or that were listed in the course details. Too much time was spent on entry level "professionalism skills" and tangents. There was too much time spent on imparting wisdom about life in general. I had expected more on the topic paid for.
