Thank you, i learned a lot of very practical tools and had a lot of fun with the group as well. Nick provided us with a lot of knowledge and many examples of his experience related to the topic.

Could be a 1.5 day or 2 day course.. also far too many group activities.. Nick was a nice man but don't think he is a teacher.. anytime we asked questions he would pose them back to the class... we assumed he wasn't familiar with the course or course content...&  far too much chatting  As this is a professional business class and some of us pay ourselves, would be nice if other participants would be respectful of group. 1.  turn off phones during class (this includes vibrate mode) 2. not put feed on class desks 3. not leave half eaten lunch on work desks... I was surprised that Nick didn't address during class or afterwards privately with the individual!!

The facilitator of this course was fantastic - she was able to adapt each individual's experiences in the room and apply them using the tools discussed. I gained way more from the course than I expected going in. Thank-you! She was a fantastic facilitator - her stories brought every concept to life and solidified the need for the concepts taught in the course.
