Increase your success by proactively and positively managing conflict.
Conflict in business is all too familiar—particularly under increased business pressures. Still, most of us lack basic conflict management skills. Rather than react to conflict on a purely emotional level, you can learn how to manage disputes and disagreements in a positive manner, or even avoid them altogether. This seminar will show you how to recognize the causes of interpersonal conflict. You will learn to critically evaluate conflict situations and then choose the appropriate strategies and tools to manage and/or resolve these conflicts. You’ll develop greater awareness of your emotional triggers and how to control them. In addition, you will learn how to continually action-plan around the implementation of your new skills.

    Contents are very helpful and can be applied to everyday life. Facilitator encouraged all of us to participate and ensured full confidentiality. Two days is doable in covering all the modules in the course but three days would be better. Made us all feel that we can trust him and the people inside the class. We were promised full confidentiality and he kept us engaged for both days. He also ensured no one felt judged when we shared our own experiences regarding to dealing with conflict.  Smaller classes encourage participants to engage more in conversations.
